 Head secretarial function as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and report to Managing Director (with 2 qualified CS reporting to me);  Integral part of the Management Team and decision-making process of the Company; Experience in Corporate Restructuring like amalgamating subsidiary company with the Company and connected interaction with NCLT, ROC, RD, OL, RBI; Experience in listing of further issue of shares on BSE Limited;  Vet legal documents, liaison with legal counsels and advocates;  Provide support to the Finance & Accounts team in Bank Loan Documents and raising of funds; Nodal Officer for co-ordination with IEPF Authorities;  Compliance Officer to administer the code of conduct and monitor compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; Ensure compliance of projects undertaken under CSR initiative;  Chairperson of Internal Complaints Committee for prevention and redressal of sexual harassment at workplace;  Supervise administrative matters of Corporate office and Leader with responsibility for implementation and compliance of SOP for COVID-19 Epidemic Management (CEM) Task Force at the Corporate Office.
