Responsible for recruitment:• Briefly understanding the requirements received from the internal team• Creating and updating the job description with the help of the HOD's• Sourcing the profiles for the requirement• Job posting for the requirement on job portals and social media (Website, Zoho, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Naukri, etc.)• Screening candidate profiles, collecting basic details, and sharing them with HOD's also maintaining the candidate database for future openings.• Scheduling and coordinating for the interviews with the technical panel and salary negotiation• preparing and issuing offer letters to the selected candidates• Follow up with the offered candidates until they join.• Visiting college’s based on fresher requirements.• also scheduling and coordinating the walk-ins.Responsible for Joining Formalities:• Providing the welcome kit and assisting the new joiner in filling out the documents• Preparing a bond for a new emp or renewal.• New Joiner document verification, creating ID No.• Company inductions and policies• Providing employee ID cards, visiting cards, face biometric access, and appointment letters.• Creating and issuing a confirmation letter to the employee after completing a 3- to 6-month probation period from the DOJ• File ManagementResponsible for Attendance:• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports (Timelive and Easy Time Pro)• Checking log-in and log-out timings• Timesheets for clients• Supporting payrollResponsible for employee engagement activities:• Coordinating with employees for training programsinvolved in event planning.• Handling every-day routine queries• coordinating internal weekly meetings.• Planning for weekend activities, festivals, birthdays, and work anniversary celebrationsSupporting exit formalities:• Recovering all documents and systems (laptop, mobile, SIM card, ID card)• Conducting an exit interview (documentation)
