1. GTM Strategy for India - Worked on strategising and executing the GTM strategy for industry verticals in India - including quota planning, territory management, sales hierarchy and enablement 2. Introduction of Forecast dashboard – We did away with excel reports for forecast management, and introduced tableau dashboard as a source of truth. This was challenging as segments inputs still needed to be collected from excel, so we integrated quip submissions into tableau dashboard with a monthly, quarterly and yearly view of the forecast3. Usage dashboard – Similar to forecast dashboard, for cloud usage calculations we moved away from excel reports and built a quicksight dashboard for predictions.4. Health of India Report – We created a dashboard to serve as a single pane of glass for India LT. This integrated revenue, forecast, pipeline, services, hiring, preserve, training, ES, EDP etc. The purpose of the dashboard was to have India metrics reported and analyzed in one place5. GenAI performance and goal tracking6. Headcount Productivity dashboard – This dashboard is serving as a stepping stone to calculate productivity for field team. It currently integrates current headcount, account ownership and pipeline data. As phase 2, we will add segment level resource mapping thereby making it a tool to calculate productivity by segment and role7. Regular cadences and ad-hoc analysis – As part of the role, I continued running the forecast, pipeline, IOHS cadences every week and also submitting the pipeline and forecast narratives. I also worked on several ad-hoc analysis related to headcount productivity, EDP eligible accounts, enhancements to several dashboards8. On-boarding of new resources
