• For Bulk Orders received preparing Production plan based on Production Capacity given by management and running SAP MRP creating Purchase Requisition and Production Order.

• Sales Orders and Production Planning received from Planner are conveyed to all heads of department.
• Material consumption is calculated from Excel BOM for orders received.
• Creating Purchase Order for Shortage Materials and Follow up with Supplier for deliveries.
• Conveying to Production, Packing and Warehouse units any changes in production plan and make sure they prioritize workforces as per plan.
• Preparing Shipment Documentation like Invoice and packing List.
