Recruitment:•Handling Recruitment process including posting open positions and sourcing resumes from jobportals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn etc.), sourcing & screening applications, coordinating interviews,follow-up & closing the (Mid to Senior level) positions.•Requirement gathering, client interaction & getting the initial inputs from the hiring managers,understanding the JDs, analyzing the prospective sources & talent pool from the market.•Responsible for interviews and Offer closure / Salary negotiation, document collection, briefingcandidates about the Clients profile and working atmosphere.•Follow-up with the candidate till the candidate joins the company, manage database.•Persistent follow-up to maintain a personal rapport with the selected candidates.
