HR responsible for the India Operations which included 3 units comprising of Sales, Plant and Shared Services. Managed the entire employee life cycle covering Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Development and Exit. Was an integral part of the project team involved in setting up the Assembly plant in Bangalore which was a Green.
