I coach and facilitate a university-wide compulsory subject for first year undergraduates called Emotional Intelligence in Action (EIA)

Developing and actively contributing to conceptualising the design of learning solutions in the Leadership Development and Business Presentation practice areas by using People Potential’s 7D-ID Process (Discover, Delve, Design, Develop, Deliver, Deepen, Data), and applications from other learning models like ADDIE, Constructive Alignment, Kolb’s Learning Cycles and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP). Leadership Development programmes: The Collaborative Professional, Facilitating Collaboration, Influencing Collaboration, Managing People Successfully, The Big Shift (Successfully transitioning individual contributors to First-line Manager), Engaging Direct Reports through Job Design. Business Presentation programmes: The Business Storyteller, The Art of Asking Good Questions and currently working on Presentations Alive!.Experimenting and utilising various learning platforms to convert face-to-face programmes to VILT programs during the pandemic and vice-versa post-pandemic, gaining fluency specifically in the use of PowerPoint, Miro, Canva, MS Team, Zoom, Webex and Google Workspace and being able to meaningfully contribute in providing workable solutions for clients and internal processes.Communicating, coordinating with, and managing the expectations of multiple stakeholders like subject matter experts, senior management of clients, internal senior leaders and external vendors throughout multiple design projects, which many times occurred concurrently. This resulted in high quality programmes developed in increasingly shorter amount of time within the organization with a higher Level 1 Evaluation score from participants from in the first few runs.

Facilitating the Taylor's Life Skills Modules for first year students. Coaching and Leading Team Members by ensuring team goals are achieved. Supervising, reviewing and evaluating performance of team members and all part-timersOverseeing the design and delivery of Life Skills Module according to MQA standard and requirements

Inspired by Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence quadrant, facilitated 2 modules that educate undergraduates on their Interpersonal & Intrapersonal Skills. We cover topics like Leadership & Followership, Teamwork (Tuckman's Model), Conflict Resolution (Thomas-Kilmann), Self Awareness through MBTI, Mindfulness, Stress Management with MBSR, Decision Making (de Bono's 6 Thinking Hats), Growth Mindset, SMART Goals, Personal Values (Berret's), Acknowledging Emotions, Empathetic Communication, Core Purpose and Career Vision Statements.Contributed in improving and enriching the module by introducing Live Projects to anchor Interpersonal Relationship. This led to the overall team to win the AKRI 2018 award by the Ministry of Education, Malaysia.Designed, organised and coordinated multiple events that engages students in events such as Impact Conference 2019 and the Taylor's Teaching & Learning Conference.
