Currently responsible for the full hiring life cycle EAS, SAP, PEGA & CDB - Middle East through various channels.Extensively involved in Requirement Analysis, Market Insight, Business handling, Niche skill hiring, Vendor Management and Social media research.

• Understanding the client requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates
• Handled all the IT and Non IT Technologies involving combination of complex skill sets and rare technologies
• Interested in building strong network in HR industry with HR managers, recruiters and consultants to exchange best HR practices and new trends and ideas.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers of clients to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Job description, salary, timing, expectations, etc).
• Source CV’s from paid job portals & work with Sourcing Analyst to develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role.
• Telephonic Screening of the profiles for assessing Technical Fitment, Behavioral Fitment, Communication skills & Personality. Conducting preliminary interviews as specified by client.

• Handling and motivating counselor team, looking after placements, coordinating with IT company HR for placements.
• Communicate candidate on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process.
• Ensure proper coordination between client & candidate for the entire recruitment process.
• Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintaining client relationship via telephone, Email & personal meetings
• Training & Employee Engagement Activities– involved in Induction process, Training & Monitoring there of New Joiners in organization.
