• Initiating paperwork like releasing offer letter, collection of employee documents, client agreements, etc…• Background verification of employee through true screen• Joining formalities, explaining about employee benefits & medical insurance, etc…• Tracking timesheets of every employee• Monthly invoicing to the clients & vendors according to the agreements• Maintain MIS database of all the employees, payroll reports, etc…• Maintain the records of laptops, mobiles provided to the employees• Exit formalities (full & final settlement, relieving letters & service certificates)
