A young and enthusiastic being in search of an answer for the question!! "FOOD-FAMILY-CULTURE-GOD"are they all the same or interconnected?With more than 6 yrs of experience in the kitchen and playing with food gives me a feather in my chef cap and helped me in opening my own venture..My major hands good skill is towards wood fire cooking and live grills. Although, I am specialized in Indian Cuisine and food culture. I have a hobby of reading and finding out the history of our culture and human roots which made me lean towards food history also. I'm ongoing with research of Local ingredients of India with high demand in Foreign countries. Being adaptable and Team puller are my greatest strengths with being punctual is my top priority. Skill is something which needs to be sharpened everyday and to do that my favourite passing time is also cooking with minimum ingredients.
