The results and recommendations from the baseline study were used to plan projects to help the under privileged.Needs assessment- Identified the needs of the community by conducting a needs assessment study, which creates a foundation for project planning and implementation.Impact assessment- studied the impact of a project on the beneficiaries and quantified the effectiveness of the programme.Training - Prepared the training content for the Learning & Development arm of CSA and conducted training programmes.Preparation of policy documents and manuals- prepared gender policies and protection of sexual harassment policies.Preparation of project proposals and reports- prepared project proposals for fund raising for various social projects and project reports for monitoring and assessment.Conducted a workshop at SBI Life on International Women’s day on 'Gendered stress: Motivation and Management'.
