Daily tasks included making extraordinary sales while addressing customer enquiries, built rapport with customers, and entered details into database and handled financial details. During my time at Give Tel I made high-quality outbound calls to the Australian public to update them on the work from charity partners and clients, I also produced a handful of social media posts on the Givetel account on platforms such as Tik Tok and Instagram. Over the two years, I worked on behalf of major Australian charities and raised over $1M for causes like Greenpeace and The Smith Family, along with dealing with complaints, acquiring new donors, and consistently exceeding companies KPI’s.

As a manager and barista at the Brew & Bite Café located in Norwest Marketown, I used a range of skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Some of these skills include effective communication in assisting customers in designing and organizing cake orders and communicating with suppliers regarding ordering supplies and produce. Organisation skills were necessary for organizing any cafe food prep, stock replenishments, closing and opening the café, along with handing cash register and budget. Managing a small team of staff while serving large quantities of customers required leadership, initiative, and innovative thinking.

During my work experience at Costco Wholesale, I served as a Buyer’s Assistant in the apparel department, gaining valuable exposure to a professional retail environment. I supported inventory management, assisting with product ordering and stock replenishment. Additionally, I independently developed the new summer lineup for Costco's seasonal presentation, contributing to the success of the upcoming season’s merchandise strategy.
