Working on Contract/Fulltime/CTH positions with USC, GC, H1B, TN visa candidates on W2, C2C and 1099 tax terms.Responsible for maintaining candidate’s database on cloud and updating excel files on real time basis.• Attending Hiring Manager’s call on various requisitions.• Making calls to potential and no response candidates thrice a day and maintaining the call volume of 60-80 calls/day.Actively sourcing candidates on various portals like, Dice, Monster, TechFetch, LinkedIn.Posting jobs on portals like, Dice, Monster, TechFetch etc.Working with fresh recruits and responsible for training and guiding them on Recruitment process life cycle and help them in serving their daily requisitions.
