Ø Setting up reporting scopes for HR Operations, starting from Transition stage.Ø Preparing and analyzing several HR Reports – Joiners and Leavers Report, Alumni Report, Probation Evaluation Report, Recruitment Report, Exit status, Head count Reports, Appraisal Data generation and providing suggestions for improvement.Ø Counselor Survey: This is to collect the feedback on each counselor from their counselors . The team is responsible for collating and updating the counselor details and for designing and delivering the survey in the particular toolØ Balance Score card: Scorecard provides a glance on each employee’s performance. The team configures the Scorecard in the system, based on the various parameters and metrics shared by the financial controllers and update the same for each employee based on the financial periods.Ø Local Client Care Survey: This survey is to collect the feedback from all the external clients of EY on the projects they have been delivered. This helps the firm to evaluate the performance of each team and action plan for the Exceptional client Service.Ø Training evaluation: Converting the employee feedback on the various trainings from Excel to Power point presentation which is shared with the presenters and considered for their Performance Appraisals. Ø Multi Source Feedback: A survey initiated from the team which is applicable only for Senior and above ranked employees. The team is responsible to design, initiate, summarize and analyze the results.Ø On boarding Process: Serves as coordinator to recruiters/hiring managers in determining how the on-boarding processes are working and recommends changes in overcoming roadblocks that hinder the process. Responsible for tracking, monitoring systems, data updation and pulling reports.Ø Employee Performance Review:Collating data from different sources to evaluate the perormance of an employee and sending the same to counselee and cousellor during annual round table review.
