Role: Training coordinator•Identifying training needs of employees based on PMS inputs & inputs received in discussion with SBU / department heads.•Preparing Individual Development Plan•Preparation and publishing Training calendar (Quarterly) on the website and ensuring adherence to the same.•Coordinating and nominations for Technical/Behavioral training programmes for Management Staff•Interacting with Department Heads to plan training based on Business Requirement•Training Evaluation- Collecting and Collating Training Feedback•Preparing and Maintaining training reports•Coordinating for Feedback meeting of new recruits with Cross Divisional Business Heads as part of “Lead to Grow” scheme.
