As a Technical Recruiter I involved in Sourcing Candidates for Open Positions at technology Companies and lends their tech background and understanding the process.  Review the resumes thoroughly and shortlist suitable matches  Establish communication between the client and the consultants.  Coordinate the interviews for the client selected candidates and ensure the availability of the consultants for the same.  Regularly remain in touch with the client, consultant, employer and the sales manager regarding the updates and development.  Responsible for full cycle of recruitment and end to end recruitment and sourcing, screening.  Working experience with W2, 1099 and C2C (US Citizens, Green Card, TN, H1B, etc).  Working Experience with Job Portal like Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, Career Builder.  Handled the tasks of screening, selecting and submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline.
