Conducting employee engagement surveys and designing/implementing suitable HR interventions and action plans based on the findings of the survey Suggest and run innovative employee engagement tools on an ongoing basis Operating and implementing SAP and its Modules.Monitoring payroll and designing CTC with break-up of Gross salaryMonitoring the overall Induction, Joining formalities& Settlement Process.)Responsible in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letter and experience letters

Training and Development,Attendance and leave management

Responsibilities: Recruitment& selection, Attendance and Leave records upgradation,  Organizing and maintaining databases. Preparing summary of new joiners and resigned employees. Periodical assessment Separation / Exit Interview / Attrition analysis

Responsibilities: Handling and managing all company related operations and coordinating activities Monitoring all south branch activities related to back end support on day-to-day basis.  To resolve the issues of the region with very limited cycle time. Responsible for timely escalation of service request. Releasing offer letters to new employees. Joining Formalities Exit Formalities. Reference check and Background checks of Employee.
