My key role were:- Working on Management Information System - NHR (New Hire Reqs) of the assigned BU.- Interacting with BU->BL heads for gathering details on the fresh NHRs.- Doing Talent acquisition: o Resume sourcing o Candidate short-listing. o Conducting interview. o On-boardingTelecommunication professional hired for: - Layer 2 & Layer 3 Protocol stack. - Developer for RLC/MAC/PDCP & RRC.- System Tester for 2G/2.5/3G

• Involve in Complete Recruitment Life Cycle. • Create internet job postings and search resumes on internet based on technical job descriptions. • Screening of profiles as per the requirement. • Initial HR discussion with candidates. • Co-ordination with Technical Panel and candidate for Scheduling interviews • Face to face HR interview for verification of profile. • Conducting technical interviews. • Salary Negotiation.• Releasing of Offer Letter once candidate get shortlisted. • Follow up with the candidate till joining. • Involve in complete joining process of new joinee.
