I am also an experienced, trauma-informed crisis line counsellor with a high degree of understanding of procedural fairness and evidence management. I am agile but also diplomatic, and have proven abilities to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. Whether as a volunteer or an employee, I take pride in being able to work diligently on cross-functional teams internally, and externally with stakeholders and vendors. I am fluent in English and Hindi, with beginner’s level fluency in French, Punjabi, and Swahili.
