My education in Commerce has given me a global perspective on business with the skills, knowledge and experience that I need to pursue my career with any organization. It also equipped me with the analytical, communication and problem solving skills to effectively identify the issues, source information and find effective and practical solutions. Simultaneously, I completed my Intermediate level in Corporate Secretaryship course during my Bachelor's degree at Institute of Company Secretaries of India.I worked at Ford Motor Company as a program analyst in Campaigns Management team which comes under the Marketing and Sales department. I handled the European markets such as Austria, Switzerland and Germany and have been recognized with the "Functional Excellence Award". My work was to make right amount of incentive payment to right number of dealers at the right time and I can boast that I did the work with zero wrong payments or delayed payments. I have also sought to hone my abilities and creativity by joining teams in sports, dance and taking up positions of responsibility.Before joining Ford Motor Company, I worked as a Secretarial Trainee at Suguna Foods Limited and Suguna Holdings Private Limited for 15 months. The training gave me skill set in law, finance, governance, management, strategy and corporate secretarial practice, giving expert advice to the Board and the trustees for the growth of the company, maintaining the statutory records and advising the directors legally, making sure that the meetings are effective, ensuring that all activities undertaken are with legal, ethical and regulatory requirements.I am also focused on putting my passion to good use by helping NGO's, Old age homes and needy people.
