I have been in this role for more than ten years, and I am certified as a Train the Trainer by the International Association of Facilitators. I am additionally certified to teach proficiency tests like IELTS-IDP, PTE-PEARSONS, etcMy mission is to empower our staff with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to deliver excellent customer service and meet our clients' expectations.
