• Responsible for new hire induction,on-boarding interventions training and achieve good productivity with Call quality Standards
• Responsible for end to end Training framework- Such as New hire Training, Cross Training, Change Management Training.
• Performance Management consultant on process, tools and training workforce to build a new positive culture and expand opportunities for diversity and inclusion
