The prestigious German Chancellor Fellowship for Tomorrow's Leaders, funded by the Federal Foreign Office, is awarded by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation to select mid-career professionals from India, China, Brazil, Russia and the United States of America. As a part of the research fellowship, worked with host institution - Institute for Sustainable Nutrition, University of Applied Sciences (Münster) - on a self-initiated project analyzing policy interventions to foster sustainable rural food systems in order to develop long-term cooperation between India and Germany in this domain

• Leading management of communication for one of the flagship initiatives of Tata Trusts for underserved indigenous communities in some of the poorest and remotest parts of India with teams across four different states and six thematic areas such as rural livelihoods, education, health, etc.• Coordination and development of strategic communication initiatives to empower 101,000 indigenous women farmers to break inter-generational cycles of poverty in an irreversible and sustainable manner• Extensive immersion and interaction field visits across all locations to drive awareness, ensure transfer of scientific knowledge and practices, document and disseminate successes and learning, and build and sustain momentum to achieve focused results• Ensuring appropriate positioning of Tata Trusts' work through national-level events, externalstakeholder engagement and media management along with liaising with community members,Government officials, donors, among others

• Overall management and progress of ongoing campaigns and projects along with budget• Core committee member for the flagship campaign to end sexual violence against women in public spaces; co-led participatory research through fieldwork with diverse stakeholders such as survivors of sexual violence, sex workers, etc.• Co-authored and presented research paper on “gender-inclusive urban planning and design for preventing sexual violence against women” at two national-level conferences• Coordination and development of new prospects for potential intervention with other partners at local, regional, national and international level like NGOs, CSR or Governmental organizations to build complementary relations• Engaging, mentoring and coordinating with volunteers, partners and donors
