Leading projects and developing client relationships while managing multiple mid-sized software development, infrastructure and enhancement projects in theRetirement Savings domainResponsibilities - Defining Project requirements based on business stakeholder discussions- Developing end to end project plan, milestones and risks / dependencies covering all areas and publishing the same to Key Management Groups- Prioritising projects and deliverables based on business need and impact- Manage stakeholders, conduct working group calls and ensure issues are properly captured and resolved- Establish working relationships and routinely interface with: project sponsors, business stakeholders, Technology, Subject Matter Experts (SMES), and other functional partners - Monitor, track, and report on project deliverables through each stage of the project life cycle to ensure projects are completed on time

Identifying business needs for change and analyzing impact across various inter-dependent systems. Finding solutions for Process improvement.Responsibilities - - Liaison New Product Initiation - Participate in end to end implementation planning to include project management, issue management, communication and change management- Document functional business requirements and business cases- Manage requirements process with end users - Assist with translating business requirements into a solution design- Participate in appropriate steps during system development life cycle to ensure functional requirements are met.- Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives- Perform gap analysis: as is vs. to be - Reviewing QA and UAT test scripts - Managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff- Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary- Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements Requirements
