As part of the Global Front Line Support team, I am responsible for troubleshooting issues with applications deployed across WebSphere Application and Portal servers as well as Mulesoft for all operational regions of HSBC, namely APAC, North America, Europe, Mexico, and Egypt right from Development upto Production environment.
