• Responsible for Mesh generation for Automotive/Aero space Anti-Vibrations Components with most restrictive criteria.• Undertaking quality checks according to client’s requirements & correcting on the meshes & prepare them for solution.• Responsible for Preparing the geometrical cline-up by using Advanced FEM Methodologies.(HYPERMESH V10) • Accountable for Meshing the components as per industrial approach. (2D with or without geometry, 3D meshing, 1D meshing & CFD Meshing)• Prepare Analysis set up for various solvers like ANSYS, RADIOSS & ABAQUS.• Creating topology & topographic Design optimization (Automotive control arm, structural C-clip-bracket, composite air craft structure).

JDP Taskforce champion primarily involved in identifying the gaps, straightening of the processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and conducting customer centric activities for the workshops in Hyderabad.

• Worked as Teaching Assistant and had taken classes on Engg.drawing for B.Tech and Diploma students.• Acted as Mechanical Workshop-in-Charge.
