As the Associate Director of Finance & Operations at Ivory Group, I am responsible for managing the Finance, Payroll, and Operations division of our company. Within my role, I have assisted in creating the framework for both the Finance and Payroll division, and the Support and Operations division, through the implementation of various systems and processes. My position involves demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, and a high understanding of accounting and payroll knowledge. This ensures that all record keeping, bookkeeping, and processing of payroll is performed accurately. I also work closely alongside the Directors of Ivory Group and manage our backend Support division, various operational aspects of the company, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and the provision of advice pertaining to finance, payroll, and operations. I have worked on many milestone projects for the company over the years such as a company restructure, software implementation & integrations, government grant applications, legal based projects, employee remuneration packages, and the creation/management of different roles & divisions including setting up an offshore team. My dedication and commitment to my Team has allowed me to expand on my skills and gain exposure to business operations beyond my role.
