• Managing end to end recruitment process and responsible for lateral hiring and senior level hiring for different business unit• Collaborating closely with the hiring managers/stakeholders to understand their requirements.• Sourcing suitable candidates for clients through various sources such as job portals like Naukri.com, and Monster.com ,times job and reference.• Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates. Determines applicant requirements studying job description and job qualification.• Posting Jobs at various job portal like Naukri.com, Monster. • Grading resumes as per parameters like education, Experience, Domain knowledge, communication, stability of the employee.• Sending the scrutinized profiles to the clients & coordinating with them for short- listing & interview scheduling• Negotiate with candidate to extend offers, compensation and facilitate the placement of candidate.• Interaction & smooth coordination between client & candidates at the time of offer stage. Keeping continuous follow-up with 'Offer Accepted' candidates, helping them for DOJ extension & thereby ensuring their joining.• Daily recruitment status report - Generate daily reports exhibiting number of technical selects, number of rejects, Candidates on hold and number of offers generated• Team handling experience
