I am the Senior Manager leading the EMEIA Knowledge programs around Sustainability and Strategic Alliances. I am also the EMEIA Knowledge Management team lead managing a team of individuals across Europe with a focus on content, culture and community.I am a mentor on the EY Foundation Smart Futures program.

I led a senior, geographically dispersed team to deploy enterprise-wide Knowledge solutions and platforms across the global EY organizationI set the strategy, led and oversaw initiatives to embed knowledge culture and increase practitioner engagement around how flagship knowledge initiatives support the business. This involved forming strategic partnerships across EY delivering measureable and impactful awareness and communication programsTransformational and forward-thinking programs included: creation and deployment of an innovative digital learning, (reaching all EY staff within 18 months); an analytics program measuring the tangible impact of global learnings on driving knowledge behaviors; developing the global EY Knowledge-wide communications and engagement culture program to shift the dial on knowledge culture.In this role I have led programs including: successfully implementing large-scale Awareness programs matched to business priorities; the deployment of the firms global Knowledge platform (100,000 users in 100 days); a benchmarking tool (350% usage increase within 6 months); and EY's Enterprise Social Network (100,000 users in less than 12 months).

Senior Manager in the EY Knowledge organisation responsible for knowledge awareness and learning across the Advisory practice. In my 13 years in Knowledge Manager roles I have built communities and sustainable knowledge solutions for a range of sectors and service lines. Program include; Engaging with the senior leadership to evaluate their knowledge needs, developing a cross-selling matrix to spot opportunities; delivering content and community programs; creating a knowledge site and establishing a partner steering group to drive change-behaviors around collaboration and community development; working with account teams to develop industry hot topic programs to cross-sell solutions and developing and running knowledge champion programs and rolling out and facilitating training.
