Develop strategic recruitment plans for the acquisition of key physicians in low density areas to help strengthen the provider network.Work with Account Managers and Client Managers to help meet the network needs of Clients and develop strategies to on board new providers/ physicians to the Davis Vision Network. Partner with Account Managers and Client Managers to address recruitment of key physicians required for the development, acquisition and retention of large Clients.
