• Managed the reconciliation of trades in the TLM platform and ensure the outstanding break is cleared within 3 days. Cleared exceptions to the tune of 180 transactions per day.
• Performed root cause analysis on Middle office issues which contributed to 12% of the outstanding breaks. Identified the recurring pain points and solved them in record time.
• Led the pilot batch for migration to the Salesforce platform for email management. Merged two mailboxes, identified the challenges, and got them resolved for other teams to migrate seamlessly.

• Introduced 10 key enhancements to the UAT for the new Claims Database thus saving 3 hours of manual work per day and freeing up resources to work on aged issues/ projects.
• Streamlined the Interest Claims Payable and Receivable process by eliminating the non-value add activities performed in the process. This enabled the team to handle both the processes and saved the cost of 2 FTEs for.
