PROJECT: ALDAR PropertiesLandlord Representative, assisting national & international retailers for the successful completion of the store (retail/F&B) within the agreed time frames by coordinating with their design team & contractors.• Leadership in reviewing proposed design drawings against developers’ criteria• Close monitoring/Supervising site work to assure fit-out completion (including MEP works) are as per approved drawings & authority regulations• Carry-out HSE Inspections on site regularly• Schedule meeting with tenant & contractor• Report /Record delays with official notice to retailers’ representative (Design Stage/On Site)• Coordinate on all authority approvals related to the store like ADCD, ADM, ADDC, ADNOC & others• Liaise with contractor & consultants for the testing & commissioning within the units • Regular follow-up on the work schedule to meet the targeted completion dates• Manage project close-out including preparation of close-out documentation & handover retail unit to the Mall/Clients’ satisfaction.Proven ability in, • Develop lasting relationships • Attention to details• Providing alternatives solutions• Quick decision maker • Work within the time frame Assuring timely completion of units with minimal disruption to developer & neighboring tenants.
