I am an enthusiastic and multifaceted social entrepreneur with a passion for volunteerism and social impact. Currently, I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Global Guru, a 501(c)(3) organization that provides free, online, live supplementary tutoring to K-12 students around the world and aims to create a global network of tutors and students that thrive off of learning. Through my work with Global Guru, I have received recognition as a George W. Bush Daily Points of Light Awardee, a Clinton Foundation COVID-19 Action Fund Awardee, Peace First Grant Recipient, and as a BIOTOC Micro-Grant Finalist, among others. Currently, I am an M3 at Howard University College of Medicine and plan to obtain an MBA (and/or) MPH as well. In addition to my passion for social entrepreneurship, I also have a keen interest in health-care and working in under-served areas. I hope to become a pediatric physician to serve low-income populations and provide quality health-care to individuals.
