Currently Manning Global is partnering on Projects with many Blue Chip companies within the IT, ICT, Telecom, Automotive, Pharma, Entertainment, Engineering and Construction industry sectors.- Recruitment Account Manager for some of the largest key clients in the area of IT and Telecoms- Handling of large staffing projects - permanent, BPO, contract and managed services across Europe- Researching the EU/UK talent market, identifying and sourcing potential candidates for open positions in various areas of ICT- Managing the end-to-end contingency recruitment process from requirements gathering, candidate sourcing and pipeline development to facilitating the interview process and offer acceptance- Liaising with stakeholders on a daily basis including talent acquisition teams, hiring managers and leadership in identifying most critical hiring needs and priorities- Account management/client relationship management activities including farming and growth of existing clients, as well as assisting with onboarding of new clients- Leading recruitment teams including Business Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers and Recruiters- Conducting training of staff on use of various tools like LI Recruiter, ATS, Boolean searches, sourcing methods and account management approaches and strategies- Coordinating job postings, online brand awareness and marketing activities related to job ads
