Short listing: - Short listing candidates on the basis of client requirements and analyzing whether the candidate is suitable for the existing requirement. Arranging intervie - Arranging interview as per client's direction & candidate's availability. Feedback: - Taking feedback of submitted, interviewed candidates from client time to time.
