- Handling L&D for South region comprising 3500+ employees- Develop and manage training calendars based on training needs analysis to align with business goals- Conduct site visits to evaluate training effectiveness and perform audits to ensure compliance with training standards- Provide actionable recommendations to bridge performance gaps identified during audits and visits- Oversee induction programs to ensure seamless onboarding and cultural integration of new hires - Track and analyze feedback from new hires during induction to improve onboarding processes - Collaborate with regional heads, HR teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and implement impactful training programs- Deliver engaging instructor-led training (ILT) sessions on diverse topics using interactive and innovative methods - Ensure consistent delivery of training programs across locations through effective stakeholder communication and coordination
