Major Responsibilities:-Collaborate with business leadership to assess needs, develop strategy and implement workplans to meet them. -Sail through market intelligence to assist business in developing recruiting strategies -Manage the entire Hiring Program and implement the overall recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing and selection activities -Communicate the recruitment progress to Hiring Leaders through business meets and reports -Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, internal stakeholders, candidates and external recruiting sources. -Skilled at partnering with extended teams to build effective sourcing and assessment channels with an ability to manage business expectations. -Knowledge of market trends, competitors, compensation and benefits to effectively hold a negotiation conversation with the candidates.

Major Responsibilities:-Understanding Job Description & Job Specification of assigned positions. -Managing the entire gamut of recruitment cycle and to close the position within the deadline. -Sourcing resumes through job portals, database, references, networking, head hunting. -Posting jobs and Tapping potential candidates via LinkedIn, Talent Connect, X-ray search, Google strings.. -Screening and selecting best matched profiles and taking telephonic interview. -Briefing candidates regarding the job description, company profile and career perspective. -Taking references and building a long-term relationship with candidates. -Coordination with candidates & clients, scheduling interview, taking feedback. -Salary negotiation
