Coordinating and scheduling the interview with the respective panels and Candidates using Teams & Darwin Boxh. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand the timeline for the interview processh. Maintaining a healthy relationship with the candidates in the process of hiring till the candidate completes the onboarding processh. Maintaining accurate Candidate records and ensuring the data is handy when needed using Excel Sheets
