Responsible for end to end HR Function for South East Asia and UK office of BOLT Global.BOLT’s mission is to enable users and brands to create and grow value on the new web through our ecosystem of products and services. Our growing ecosystem is powered by BOLT X, a gateway to finance on the blockchain, powered by decentralised finance applications. BOLT+ is one of the applications built on the BOLT X engine, which curates live streams from TV networks and independent creators from all around the world. Some of our streaming partners include Euronews, Dugout (One Football), Al Jazeera, Red Bull TV, and Trace TV.The seamless integration between BOLT+ and BOLT X allows creators and audiences to trade, participate and grow assets in tandem with streaming video content. Our partnerships with leading telco networks (such as Telenor and MTN Group) allow for mobile-native users across the globe to stream and transact on the go. Our inclusion within home entertainment systems (such as Hisense Smart TVs) allow for further awareness of the new web through media and entertainment. Singapore

• Managed recruitment and staffing for Neoris, a Latin American Tech company, setting up their first office in India, with an initial budget of USD 1 million for the first year.• Organised the recruitment process from Singapore with candidates and hiring managers located in three different time zones; built a full scale multi-department operational office with 35 employees over a period of 6 months.• Managed on-boarding, training, orientation, and cultural acclimatisation for critical initial hires.• Educated Neoris top management and stake holders on local workplace environment, cultural sensitivities and regulatory policies.

Gwalior Area, India

• Lead a team of 3 HR and Admin officers at a PCB plant of about 500 employees at Gwalior, India.• Ramped up manpower from 250 to 500 within a four-month period and production from 15000 to 22000 PCBs per month; leading to a turnover of USD 6 million per annum.• Implemented job-rotation to reduced dependency and enable employee skill-set enhancement. Employee attrition reduced by 33% through active monitoring and employee support.

Bahadurgarh, Delhi, India

• Initiated an internal training structure and managed large seminars and lectures by external organisations.• Played a pivotal role during 5 slow-downs as a negotiator with the union leaders on behalf of management; was appraised by the Executive Director of the factory plant.• Organised a grant of INR 800,000 for the 175 children of workers from Government of Haryana Welfare Board.
