* Verify client enquiries for requirements; shortlist & screen right candidates based on qualification & expertise; make cost effective proposal* Collect Assignment packages from the client on approval of the Assignment* With reference to the PO and ITP, ensure all required documents are collected from Projects and made available to the field personnel on time* Review the requirements of client and brief the field personnel on the same* Manage the work of Technical Engineers in the team by allocating activities for them which include Inspection/Expediting Report Review, Test Report reviews, Resolving Technical issues etc* Liaise with the vendor for any queries and ensure the Preservation/Packing documents and COC/Passports are prepared as per client requirement* Stay in frequent communication with the field personnel regarding inspection/expediting to identify any discrepancies observed, that has to be relayed to the Client Project Leader immediately* Assist and provide guidance to the field inspectors to issue release on the particular items based on the project requirement* Attend client meetings and assist in identifying of project requirements, estimating field presence and forecasting of project completion* Handling and maintaining good relationship with both clients and suppliers* Coordinating between the clients and Inspectors * Cross checking the inspection reports and rectifying the errors * Making sure that all the reports are received delivered to the client on time
