I work at Copperleaf Technologies, Vancouver, Canada as a quality assurance analyst. I'm responsible for testing complex software application which performs decision based analytics and enables its customers to make better, more informed investment decisions. I got graduated in MEng, Electrical and Computer Engineering student from University of British Columbia in 2018. In the past, I've worked as an Associate Financial Consultant at CRISIL Risk Solutions, CRISIL, A Standard and Poor's Company, Mumbai, India. During my work term at CRISIL, I performed my duties as a consultant, system tester, a business analyst and a custom support representative. I was the primary point of contact for many of the clients to resolve their queries. I received awards for assured quality and timely deliveries for customer deliverables. I overcame many natural hindrances to meet project deadlines. I also conducted onsite trainings for some international clients.
