Coordinating with Department/Practice Heads in understanding the requirement specifications for the open positions.• Co-ordinate recruitment related advertisements in internet media, screen and shortlist the prospective applications as per requirement. • Source the required manpower through own contacts and head hunting.• Proactive reference checks• Conducting HR Interviews – Personal Interviews of technically suitable candidates, salary negotiation. • Offer & Post offer – Discuss& release offers to the selected candidates. • Coordinate with respective managers to strengthen rapport & to clarify profile• Briefing candidates on the company strategies, Compensation package and other intangible benefits. • Maintaining a database of skilled Professionals• Qualify candidates by initial telephone interviews against the necessary job Essentials• Check existing database for Recruiting leads• Communicating/delivering approved offer to applicant• Post offer follow-up to ensure that the candidate joins in time Track current openings and their progress to closure.
