Roles and Responsibility.Finding right candidates for the requirement and consulting for the same• Active participation in database generation• Interview co-ordination.• Involve in end-to-end recruitment process. • Understanding the specific requirements of the clients, plan and schedule a road map towards achieving the targets.• Responsible for screening and selecting candidates for IT requirements• Sourcing of candidates through social networking, referrals & Head hunting• Screening of CVs and short listing of profiles as per requirement.• short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement. • Conducting the preliminary telephonic interviews of candidates as per the job description to check for their communication skills, truthfulness of resume, current salary, expected salary, confidence level, back ground as per the job description.• Scheduling interviews for short-listed candidates as per the availability of the interview panel of companies.• Maintaining database for present and future use.• Follow up with the candidates from sourcing till on-boarding of the candidates• Follow up on acceptance & joining dates.• Preparation of reports on weekly & quarterly Basis.
