Current• Hiring the best talent for Intuit India (Software Engineering, Information Technology)!• Source candidates through research, internal and external sources, and direct outreach. Identify, evaluate, and hire top talent through various channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, References, Social Media, Github).• Hiring involved in both Active and passive candidate. • Engage candidates for Intuit opportunities, actively managing the candidate throughout the process with focus on SLA's.• Work closely with business on providing updates on hiring SLA's, Programs to attract best talent.• Design and execute talent attraction strategies for various engineering roles with an eye on• diversity mix• Assessing and leading candidate negotiations towards closure/ candidate influencing skills.• Manage complete process till on-boarding providing exemplary candidate experience.• Talent map based on industry, geography, skills and competitors• Handle Internal Database, Job posting & responses Extend support in HR co‐ordination and maintain timely reports. • Experience in stake holder management – collaborating with hiring managers, HRBPs to setup & improve the recruitment process, prompt & orderly interaction with candidates for a positive candidate experience. • Organize and attend professional networking events.
