 Leading a team of 4 recruiters & working as an individual contributor together. Engaged into entire recruitment process like Requirement Gathering, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Salary Negotiation, Offer Rollout, On-Boarding follow-up, Joining Formalities.  Client interaction for interview schedule, selection confirmation, man-month rate approval, relationship building and many other day to day coordination.  Working on multiple requirements and on different-different skills at a time.  Partnering with business, technical & recruitment manager to understand their hiring needs including aspects like Soft Skills, Technical Skills, Education, Personal Attribute, Hiring Level, Gravity of Requirement and many more.
