Working as an End-to-End Recruiter, Individual Contributor. Responsible for all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into IBM as well as partnering with IBM managers to help build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the business forward. I am also responsible for ensuring talent processes comply with appropriate business controls or initiating/maintaining immigration statuses.

• Handling complete end to end recruitment activities and Coordinating with Client and my Vendor• IT Recruitment – Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Coordinating Interviews, Salary Negotiation, Documentation.• Handling Multiple Customers and Providing suppot in closing the requirements.• Hiring candidates through all available sourcing channels like job portals [Naukri, Monster], Internal database, Employee Referrals.• Interact directly with the Hiring Managers and Technical Panels to check with the Job Description, Availability to schedule Interview and to get the feedback of the candidates. and connecting with Client Manger for open positions and other follow ups. • Updating to Delivery head regarding the status of all the candidature.• Documentation of the shortlisted candidates and follow up with the offered candidates in solving their quires in offer and DOJ.
