As part of Genpact's Digital Hub team, I harness my expertise in sophisticated machine learning and deep learning algorithms to tackle business challenges in Hi-tech, Media and Hospitality verticals.-Implemented Generative AI solution using RAG architecture. Developed an innovative AI-driven chatbot which analyze and interpret data from various document types. Utilized Python for core development, integrated FastAPI, incorporated the OpenAI GPT-3.5 Turbo model and deployed the solution in Azure. This tailor-made system significantly streamlined information retrieval processes, offering quick and accurate answers from a wide array of document sources, thus enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making. Replicated across 5+ accounts and got recognized across organization.- Led the development of GenAI tool which provides actionable insights around the call conversations. Helped to improve efficiency in call center operations, customer service quality by identifying key issues , sentiments of customers and by recommending best next actions to agents for handling issues. -Provided guidance and support to internal team on building multiple use cases demonstrating the value of Generative AI in HMH vertical.-Worked on Genpact's first prediction model offering on Celonis platform. Genpact's Smart Collect application in Celonis uses machine learning to predict invoice overdue status by analyzing historical collection patterns in a company's Accounts Receivable process. It helps to reduce the overdue and improves the collection.

-Successfully deployed ML model to predict Account's Operational Health, collated data from 13 different sources to calculate Account Health Score on weekly basis. It received CEO's appreciation and is operational for 200+ Accounts.-Developed a ML based end-to-end prediction solution on improving Audit Effectiveness, providing scientific sampling using combination of AI and rule-based logic, replicated in over 10+ accounts, helped in reducing the audit effort by ~40%.-Implemented NLP-based engine to analyze & generate insights around textual data.-Developed a product recommendation engine which was integrated with discount suggestions using RFM analysis. It helped to increase overall revenue.-Worked on multiple other digital projects like transformer based Multilingual Chatbot, deep learning based Object Identification tools, computer vision based Text Extraction engines.-Spearheaded the Digital Power Build program, aimed at upskilling internal employees aspiring to work with digital technologies such as Power BI, Power Automate, Machine Learning, and Python for roles within the Digital Hub team. Our comprehensive approach included instructor-led sessions, self-study, and practical assessments to enhance skills. Trained 50+ employees.
