Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProcess documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment)( work on various Search Portals)Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews, Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiativesProvide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may ariseTaking care of employees appraisal documentation.Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsAssist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)Calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer systemReceiving approval from upper management for payments when neededAdminister Compensation and benefits plansFast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)Other HR Administrative Work- Policies, employee benefits, employee engagement.
