• Handling all Schengen Countries, Australia, Canada, UK, US Business visa & Work permit stamping • Issuing documents like Covering letter, Invite letter, Travel Itinerary & Insurance for all countries. • Staying abreast of changes in immigration law and communicating the updates internally. • Knowledge of global visa types, processes and experience reviewing case facts to determine the optimal filing type quickly. • Provide a better and hassle-free support to the client in case of problematic and challenging situations. • Ensure that the entire process is completed within the assigned Turnaround time. • Preparing reports on daily basis, weekly basis and monthly basis for performance measurement. • Attention to detail and accuracy for working with highly confidential data that requires 100% accuracy.

• Lead Operations for mission Australia and handles other Schengen Countries. • Checking and verifying documents as per the checklist for submission. • Assisting applicants with visa information, clarifying doubts of the applicants as per the criteria and helping them to simplify their application process. • Identifying the applicants profile in system before handing over passport. • Maintaining reports at the end of the day on daily basis for total submission. • Maintaining the discipline of work to adhere to the process and well keeping of the VAC.
