 Directed a team of HW tech marketing engineers enabling embedded core, Atom, server, and IOT designs for 40+ customers ($500 mil+ revenue over the years) across the US, Canada, and Latin America. Managed key client relationships, including Delphi, Caterpillar, Supermicro, Kontron, Mercury, Raytheon, Xplore, Matrox, National Instruments, and Xerox. Drove worldwide collaboration to develop the early access support model for embedded platforms, enabling support of strategic and revenue generating embedded customers at the right service level. Built the IoT customer support model, acting as the sole voice for the TME organization into the IoT group; facilitated sync meetings between field, tech marketing, and IoT Group GM to allow early identification of gaps. Developed a board loaner program with demo depot, engaging the “tire kicker” customers; strengthened the DW pipeline and forged strong relationships between Americas Tech Marketing, field, and IoT groups Ensured the Americas region was in 100% compliance with all International Trade and Arms Regulations (ITAR) as the primary contact for the Global Export Compliance (GEC) and Intel Federal for Military, Aeronautics, and Government (MAG) customers.

 Owned management of key decision-making forums (MRC, RDM, Plan/PLBP steering teams), in addition to managing and publishing x-Business Units IP and SoC roadmaps and POR cycles. Reduced the number of steps in the mask design process 61% by driving a Lean pilot within the mask design organization. Led the end-to-end preparation of content for the VP’s keynotes and presentations to investors, business units, field, and other stakeholders. Developed strategic objectives as part of the IAG career development leadership team, delivering leadership programs to 15,000+ employees worldwide. Played a key role contributing to ecosystem analysis of SoCs and various models. Steered focus groups and ideation sessions worldwide to create a long-term strategy for career development across Business Units.

Program managed the validation phase of a chipset and was the primary interface to Planning, PDT, War room and other task force meetings. Led the validation execution team by managing schedule/resources/risks for the program.

 Effectively managed a team of Technical Marketing Engineers globally, enabling OEM/ODMs with storage components on Intel’s desktop and mobile chipsets. Delivered collateral, competitive analysis, demos, and workshops, leading multiple task forces as one voice to resolve stop-ship storage issues; enabled key OEM launches with Dell, HP, NEC, Sony, and Asus ($500 mil revenue)
