As a Transformation Leader, my primary responsibility is to coach/support/nudge delivery teams in using crowdsourcing for their projects. Associated metrics to be achieved would include the % of work that is done through Crowdsourcing at a project level, the number of projects that are adopting Crowdsourcing and the number of Accounts that are embracing the crowdsourcing model. Work resposibility entails operational excellence by driving processes/metrics to make the change sustained and predictable.

As a challenge Architect, I help the account teams to identify the work that can be executed through Crowdsourcing Delivery Model. Help the accounts to break down the task into smaller independent task. Help them to understand the benefits of doing crowdsourcing delivery model. Execute the crowdsourced project by identifying the enthusiastic community members. Ensure the successful delivery of work executed through crowdsourcing delivery model thus by building the confidence of clients and ensuring quality deliverables with added cost benefits. Recognized many times for collaborative working and supporting them on time.

As a Technical Manager, I guided the team to resolve complex solutions, automated the certain manual tasks thus by improved the execution efficiency. Streamlined the invoicing process of the T & M project. Managed a team of nearly 12-15 members.Planned and delivered the Sprints on time. Worked along with both Development and Testing team spanned across onsite and offshore. Lot of process improvements implemented within the project and in the team thus by improved the collaboration of team members which helped the project to improve customer satisfaction thus by adding more revenue.
